Trainee Planning Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as a **Trainee Planning Engineer** . This entry\-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in cost estimation and quantity take\-offs within the construction industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing quantity take\-offs from architectural and structural drawings. * Support senior estimators in developing accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. * Use **Bluebeam Revu** for digital plan review, markup, and measurement. * Utilize **PlanSwift** for efficient and accurate material quantity estimation. * Participate in bid preparation, vendor quotation analysis, and document control. * Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure estimate alignment with project scope. * Maintain updated databases of costs and estimation templates. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institute / university * Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Basic proficiency in **Bluebeam Revu** and **PlanSwift** is essential. * Good analytical and numerical skills. * Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. * Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
