**Trading Software House Cloud Engineer – Dubai Based – AED 19k PCM – FinTech Software Firm** **Global leading FinTech software house seeks an experienced Trading Software House Cloud Engineer to join their Dubai office, leading their global Cloud Services.** Based from their Global HQ in JLT, Dubai (UAE), you’ll report into their Global Head of DevOps. **You’ll join a truly global business with offices and clients based across North America, Europe and Asia, providing trading software across trading, logistics and risk management.** You’ll work closely with some of the most experienced software designers, developers and business analysts in the industry, providing the trading community with the most robust, user\-friendly, enterprise wide software package. You’ll join a truly world class trading software business, who continue to launch new products that evolve with the changing global technological and trading landscapes. The successful Cloud Engineer will work full time on maintaining the Cloud environment at all times in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures, including: * Deliver automation of cloud resource provision through IAC solutions (Terraform) initially and Kubernetes (AKS) later. * Facilitate security support through control operation, identification and resolution of vulnerabilities and contribute to a high standard to governance. * Manage end\-to\-end cost optimization of Microsoft billing implementing recommendations, designing and executing cost conservation initiatives and reporting results to the executive and AP team. * Manage the design, procurement, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of specific technology services for the company. * Lead the delivery of services, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met. * Review system software updates and identify those that merit action. * Configure system software for required functionality and performance. * Amend existing automation tasks under supervision to gain a basic understanding of the scripting language / automation tools. **Key Experience Needed:** * **6 years minimum (ideally more) experience working in a similar Cloud Engineer position, working in modern Azure Cloud environment, with some experience working for another software engineering business (ideally a FinTech or other trading software business)** * Proven track record in Cloud migration, management and optimization in a dynamic and increasingly automated deployment * **You will ideally already be living and working in Dubai now as this role is based from their Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers / JLT) office** . **It is essential that you live and are commutable to the office 5 days per week** * UAE / Emirates ID sponsorship is provided by my client but no relocation allowance is available **Technical Expertise Needed:** * Microsoft Azure EntraID including best practice framework * Microsoft Azure VPN/Bastion/CLI/RD Web Gateway * Microsoft Azure firewall, virtual networking * Microsoft Azure DevOps (build, test, deploy) pipelines (with self\-hosted agency) * Microsoft Defender EPP * Microsoft Windows Server * Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, M365 * Microsoft InTune * Microsoft Cloud Security services and toolsets (ATP, ASR, DLP) * Microsoft IAM (PIM, Conditional Access, EntraID tokens, MFA, RBAC, JIT) * Terraform IAC, Docker, Kubernetes * Microsoft Backup \& Recovery (RSV) * Freshdesk FreshService **Salary: AED 19k PCM (AED 228k Per Annum) \+ benefits** For more information please e\-mail an up\-to\-date copy of your CV to Ben at jobsBR@bramwith.com
