Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Travel \& Tourism Manager** to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **travel and tourism management**, leadership skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and supervise travel and tourism operations
* Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with travel agents, vendors, hotels, and airlines
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
* Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Prepare reports, budgets, and performance analyses
**Qualifications \& Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Travel \& Tourism / Hospitality Management** (required)
* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role (3\+ YEARS)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of travel booking systems and tourism trends
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* **Experience: 3\+ YEAR EXPERIENCE**
**Preferred Skills**
* Sales and marketing experience in the travel industry
* Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
* Computer proficiency (MS Office, booking software, CRM tools)
* Multilingual skills (optional but a plus)
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
