TM-IUCS (CIVIL)

* Plan, schedule, and execute civil maintenance works (buildings, roads, drains, utilities, structures, etc.). * Supervise and monitor civil repair works, modifications, and minor construction projects. * Maintain accurate records of work permits, checklists, and reports for compliance. * Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and work orders. * Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed during execution. * Provide technical support for project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, construction methods, and maintenance techniques. * Hands\-on experience in contractor management, site supervision, and estimation.
