Job Description
Got a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Can you manage a TikTok Shop from top to bottom, stay on top of every detail, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks? If you are organized, fast, and want to be part of a team that is building something real, this is your role. **What You Will Be Doing** Shop Management: Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center for multiple brand clients daily. Keep every listing clean, accurate, and fully optimized. Flash Sales: Schedule and maintain flash sales across all brands every week with zero gaps. Flash sales must run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Messages: Respond to all customer messages across every brand shop within 2 hours. Every message gets a response, no exceptions. Score Monitoring: Check the SPSS seller performance score for every brand every day. Flag any drops to the team lead immediately. Product Listings: Create and update product listings using approved brand assets and copy. Follow the internal process for every listing. Campaign Registration: Register every brand for every available TikTok Shop campaign daily. Missing a campaign means missing free exposure. Review Management: Monitor and respond to negative and neutral reviews daily. Follow the internal response process for every review. Automated Messages: Set up all automated CRM messages in TikTok Shop for every new brand during onboarding. Daily Reporting: Submit a daily shop health report to the team lead covering every brand before end of shift. **Are You the Right Fit?** Are you highly organized and able to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously? Can you stay on top of repetitive daily tasks without letting standards slip? Are you fast at responding and do you take response time seriously?
