**Job Description – TGT English** **Location \- Sector\-46, Gurugram** We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated **Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English** to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and capable of inspiring students to develop a love for English language , critical thinking, and problem\-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum guidelines. * Develop creative teaching aids, experiments, and activities to enhance conceptual understanding. * Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning and discipline. * Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. * Integrate technology into teaching to make lessons interactive and relevant. * Organize and guide students in fairs, exhibitions, and other co\-curricular activities. * Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to support holistic student development. * Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (relevant subject specialization preferred). * Prior teaching experience at middle or secondary school level. * Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. * Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering curiosity in science.
