SLPS is built on traditional values and is fueled by international standards of experiential learning. **Candidates with a minimum of 3\-5 years of experience as TGT in progressive schools and are competent in:** · Academic mastery, administrative command and professional development of self and team. · Managing workload and time without compromising teaching\-learning quality and productivity · Implementation of NEP2020, Skills and competencies in the teaching\-learning process · Ensuring academic excellence through promotion of teaching\-learning and progressive pedagogical practices, development of innovative student\-centric pedagogies and their smooth implementation at the ground level in line with NEP2020 \& NCF · Aligning self with the existing progressive pedagogical practices, tools and technologies · Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence of the same · Excellent interpersonal, IT \& Communication Skills · Promoting independent and team research work . Working closely with leadership team for the monthly review and strategic planning .
