Territory Manager - Ontario

**BRAND VALUES** Orbea exists to create and manufacture unique bikes to inspire riders who share our passion for cycling and our belief in a fair society. **POSITION DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a Territory Manager for the area of Ontario, passionate about sales and the bike industry. Responsible for ensuring success in sales, maintaining profitability and in harmony with the Country Manager's strategy. The role is all encompassing, from sell\-in through to the fiscal health of our partnership with our dealers. Creating a relationship with the dealer which will ensure continued demand for our products and developing the brand and its market in the territory. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define sales objectives together with the Country Manager and work towards accomplishing and exceeding them. * Provide accurate representation of the brand in the territory. * Development of the sales network, identify and recruit new partner dealers, sharing our sales strategy and supporting dealers in sell through of products * Determine the opportunities in the retail strategy, implement it together with the retail manager. * Provide localized marketing support to the marketing team * Translate market conditions in the territory to the CM * Manage financial health of the dealer network with the financial team **REQUIREMENTS** * \+ 5 years previous experience in sales in the industry * Based in Ontario * Willingness to travel, we expect our Territory Managers to be present in Dealer / Partners frequently. (not negotiable \- we provide an additional allowance to facilitate this).
