TechTalk | Principal Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering | Vienna, Austria | ONSITE/HYBRID | Full-time For those who know what they're doing - even without AI. Our focus is agentic engineering: building and improving systems, workflows, and engineering practices around AI agents and AI-assisted development. We use AI tools heavily, but we expect engineers to know when they help, when they hurt, and how to keep generated code out of the debt spiral. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about maintainability, testing, refactoring, deployment safety, and engineering judgment under pressure. You should be able to improve systems yourself, help other engineers work effectively with AI, and raise the bar across teams. You’ll likely fit if DORA metrics are useful to you, not decorative; if you know why small commits matter; if you’ve seen what a good deployment pipeline does to a team; and if you can use AI to scale quality, not just output.
