Technology Engineer - DevOps (PaaS)

We are seeking a skilled **Technology Engineer \- DevOps (PaaS)** to support the Core Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience with **OpenShift administration and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins)** , along with a focus on **process optimization and continuous improvement** in a PaaS environment. ****Key Responsibilities:**** * Provide PaaS DevOps support for the Core Integration Team * Manage and administer OpenShift (Kubernetes\-based platform) environments * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins * Optimize existing build and deployment jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability * Drive process improvements and automation across DevOps workflows * Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues across environments * Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery * Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and governance policies * Support release management and deployment activities ****Required Skills \& Experience:**** * Strong experience in DevOps PaaS environments * Hands\-on expertise in OpenShift Administration * Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines * Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) * Strong understanding of automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar) * Experience in job optimization and process improvement initiatives * Knowledge of version control systems (Git) * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools ****Preferred Qualifications:**** * Experience working in banking or financial services environments * Certification in OpenShift, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus ****Soft Skills:**** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical mindset * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, enterprise environment
