Technical Engineer

Are you an experienced **Technical Engineer** with a strong background in **high\-rise construction** ? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and coordinate **shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as\-built drawings** * Prepare and submit **material submittals, method statements, and RFIs** * Ensure all submissions are aligned with project specifications and consultant requirements * Coordinate design discrepancies between **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** * Provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction teams * Ensure execution as per approved drawings and method statements * Resolve technical issues raised at site during construction * Liaise with consultants for drawing approvals and clarifications * Coordinate with authorities such as: **Dubai Municipality (DM)/Civil Defense (DCD)/Trakhees/ DEWA (as required for technical inputs)** * Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations * Track and monitor submission logs (drawings, materials, RFIs) * Maintain records of approvals and revisions * Assist planning team with technical inputs for sequencing and methodology * Ensure all works comply with **QA/QC standards and project specifications** * Participate in inspections and ensure approved materials are used * Coordinate with QA/QC team for **ITPs and inspection requests** **Requirements:** * Engineering degree with 8–10 years of experience in **UAE high\-rise projects** * Strong knowledge of **shop drawing review and coordination** * Familiarity with **UAE authority regulations and approval processes** * Proficiency in: AutoCAD/MS Office * Experience in **post\-tension slabs / high\-rise methodology** * Familiar with **climbing formwork / jump form systems** * Valid UAE driving license
