Team Member - Civil

**Responsibilities** Support in Civil Works Execution: * Assist in coordinating day\-to\-day construction activities by liaising with on\-site contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements. * Monitor material usage and availability, ensuring that the work progresses without delays caused by supply issues. **Progress Monitoring And Reporting** * Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing project progress, potential issues, and required corrective actions, and submit them to the Associate for review. * Track work schedules and report any potential delays to ensure timely adjustments and corrective actions are implemented. **Site Safety And Environmental Monitoring** * Regularly assess the work environment for potential safety hazards and compliance with environmental regulations, escalating concerns to the safety department. * Ensure that workers and contractors are following safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site regulations. **Technical Support In Documentation And Approvals** * Provide administrative and technical support in maintaining and updating all project\-related documentation, including blueprints, inspection reports, and permits. * Assist in preparing documentation for approvals, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and meets regulatory standards. **Quality Control Inspections** * Conduct basic inspections of the ongoing work to verify adherence to quality standards, ensuring that civil construction is performed as per the specifications. * Report any deviations from the quality standards or design requirements to the Associate and collaborate with contractors for prompt resolution. **Qualifications** Educational Qualification: * B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university. **Work Experience** * 3\-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects, preferably in airport or infrastructure development.
