**Position:** Special Education Teacher Preschool **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $50–$100/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Review and evaluate AI\-generated educational content using preschool special education expertise. * Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI understanding of best practices, terminology, and teaching strategies. * Help develop and curate preschool special education classroom scenarios and instructional materials. * Support refinement of AI models to accurately represent inclusive teaching methods and real\-world classroom needs. * Ensure AI training aligns with current special education standards, regulations, and IEP requirements. * Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal channels to support model improvement. * Promote inclusive learning representation by identifying diverse learner needs and adaptive strategies. **Requirements** * Certified or licensed Special Education Teacher with experience in preschool settings. * Strong understanding of IEPs, early intervention frameworks, and inclusive education practices. * Proven experience with classroom management and adaptive instructional methods. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to critically assess instructional materials for accuracy and alignment with best practices. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment using digital tools. * Passion for contributing real\-world teaching expertise to AI training workflows. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
