**Position:** ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher **Type:** Full\-time **Compensation:** $ 20\-120/hr **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to varied proficiency levels. * Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive virtual classroom environment. * Use multimedia tools, real\-world contexts, and interactive activities to enhance engagement. * Provide individualized support to help learners overcome language barriers. * Collaborate with peers and internal teams to strengthen curriculum and teaching strategies. * Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements. **Requirements** * Proven experience teaching ESL/ELL, preferably in a remote setting. * Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse learner backgrounds. * Proficiency with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms. * Ability to motivate students and build rapport in a virtual environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
