The Teacher of English will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and well\-structured English lessons to students, evaluating and assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and support students’ academic growth. Additionally, the teacher will participate in school activities and support the ethos and objectives of the academy. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and grammar principles * Effective lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching methodologies * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Ability to inspire and support students to achieve their academic goals * Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment * Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) and experience in teaching English are preferred * Experience or interest in supporting extracurricular activities is an advantage * Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance teaching
