Job Title: System Support Engineer – VAS (Telecom/Linux/Cloud)

**Role Overview:**
We are hiring a System Support Engineer to manage our VAS (Value\-Added Services) infrastructure. You will ensure 24/7 availability of critical telecom platforms (SMS, Voice, USSD) by managing Linux servers, Asterisk systems, cloud environments, data centers, and API integrations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Linux: Administer and troubleshoot RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu servers.
• Asterisk: Configure and maintain Asterisk PBX (dialplans, SIP, AGI, AMI).
• GSM Nodes: Support integration with core network elements (MSC, HLR, SGSN), understanding of protocols SS7,SIP,Camel,SMPP,
• API \& Integrations: Troubleshoot REST APIs, monitor endpoints, and analyze JSON/XML payloads.
• Data Center: Handle server deployment, hardware lifecycle, and cabling.
• Cloud \& VM: Create and manage VMs on VMware, KVM, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Networking: Manage VLANs, subnetting, firewall rules (iptables), and routing.
• Databases: Install, tune, and manage MySQL databases.
**Must\-Have Skills:**
• 3\+ years in Telecom VAS support.
• Strong Linux expertise.
• Hands\-on Asterisk experience.
• API troubleshooting (REST, JSON, Postman/cURL).
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
• MySQL administration.
• Virtualization (VMware/KVM) and cloud platforms.
• Python/Bash scripting, Docker, Ansible, SS7/SMPP knowledge and Handson exprience.
