**Support Specialist**
to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat;
* Make outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners;
* Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;
* Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
**Requirements:**
* Strong writing and verbal skills in Urdu and English languages;
* Passion for helping and communicating with people;
* Good problem\-solving and conflict management skills.
