We are hiring a Support Associate to help keep the engine running. The Role This role exists to support the team wherever time\-consuming or repetitive work slows us down. You will handle task\-focused work across operations, content, and communication, with clear training provided for each responsibility. This is not a single\-lane role. The work will vary week to week, and the right person enjoys structure, variety, and seeing tasks through to completion. What You’ll Be Doing Depending on team needs, your work may include: * Data entry and information cleanup across tools and documents * Guest and customer communication via email, messaging platforms, or internal systems * Creating and scheduling social media posts using provided guidance and templates * Organizing files and shared documents in Google Drive * Updating tasks, statuses, and notes in Asana * Supporting internal team workflows and special projects * Handling repeatable admin and ops tasks that free up senior team time You will receive task\-level training and clear instructions. Execution and reliability matter more than prior experience in every area. Tools You Should Already Know * Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) * Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X) Nice to have: * Asana or similar task management tools * Slack for daily communication What We’re Looking For * Highly organized and detail\-oriented * Comfortable following processes and checklists * Reliable, responsive, and proactive * Able to switch between different types of tasks smoothly * Clear written communication * Willing to ask questions when something is unclear You don’t need a fancy background.
