The candidate will be responsible for handling site supervision, coordinating with production and clients, and supporting sales activities related to prefab structures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise installation and execution of **prefabricated buildings, portable cabins, and structural projects**. * Coordinate with the **production team, site workers, and clients** to ensure smooth project completion. * Visit project sites for **measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring**. * Assist the sales team in **client meetings, technical discussions, and project requirements**. * Ensure **quality standards and safety procedures** are followed at site. * Provide updates on **project status, materials, and timelines**. **Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** in structural building or prefabricated construction * **Two\-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory** * Good knowledge of **site supervision, measurements, and structural work** * Basic communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams **Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month **Location:** Chennai Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
