Structural Execution Engineer

Job Title: Structural Execution Engineer Locations: Dahej \& Nagothane (Near to Roha , Raigad) Experience: Minimum 5\+ Years Employment Type: Full\-Time, Contractual Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Structural Fabrication \& Erection Engineer** with over five years of hands\-on experience in structural fabrication, erection, and inspection activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in industrial and technological structural works, along with excellent planning and execution capabilities while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and supervise fabrication and erection of structural works including: * Pipe racks * Technological structures * Modular structures * Columns and trusses * Platforms (including circular platforms) * Ladders, staircases, and handrails * Equipment platforms and supports * Pipe supports and cable racks * Crane gantry girders and monorails * Equipment structures * Dressing up of columns/vessels * Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and material specifications accurately. * Prepare material look\-ahead plans and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials. * Conduct resource planning and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum productivity. * Ensure strict adherence to organizational Safety and Quality standards during execution. * Coordinate with clients for inspections, certifications, and approvals. * Perform reconciliation of scope, measurements, and materials. * Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure work completion within timelines. Required Skills \& Competencies: * Strong ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings * Excellent planning, execution, and coordination skills. * Knowledge of industrial construction standards and safety regulations. * Good understanding of measurement reconciliation and client certification processes. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Strong communication and reporting skills. Educational Qualification: * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
