Structural Engineer

Responsibilities: • Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and with clients. • Perform calculations of structural systems, (hand calculations, computer aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis (Staad) • Assist in creation of contract drawings via providing drawing input to structural designer Qualifications: MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD HOLDER • Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil/Structuring Engineering • Professional Engineering (P.E.) License • Minimum 4\+ years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems. • Must have demonstrated experience in the structural design for steel and concrete structures on a variety of projects. • Must have advanced working proficiency in STAAD Pro • Must have working knowledge of Revit. • Must have a solid working knowledge of building codes and other applicable structural codes. • Should have and display strong communication skills both verbal and written. • PE is non\-negotiable • visa sponsorship not possible
