* The candidate should have sound knowledge of design of residential \& commercial buildings. * He / She should have structural design experience with reputed companies * He/ She should have hands on knowledge of ETABS, SAFE \& STAAD software * The candidate should have in depth knowledge of latest IS codes related to structural design. * He/ She should have prior experience of estimation and tender design * The candidate should have good written \& verbal communication skills. * He/ She should have experience of site coordination \& rebar inspection. * The candidate should be able to lead a team of engineers \& designers. * He / She should be able to independently handle client and external consultant meetings. * He / She should have positive and innovative mindset. * The candidate should be ready to locate to different loactions or sites for short duration.
