Join us, and help build a next generation health system the world is waiting for. **About The Role** You will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, taking accountability for retention, satisfaction, and growth across your accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across clinical service delivery, product, compliance, business analysis, and data to ensure an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities include: **Account Management and Commercial Growth** * Successfully managing your customer accounts, working with colleagues within your own team, client services, and stakeholders across the wider business to meet and exceed client needs and expectations delivering an excellent customer experience * Highlighting patient trends in customer data and highlighting opportunities to grow their customer base using additional HealthHero products * Supporting the Sales and Bid teams on pre\-sales activity * Identifying commercial upsell opportunities and delivering against KPIs for revenue growth * Own and maintaining customer relationships from post\-sales handover onward, ensuring continuity and trust * Ensuring all client records are kept up to date, with key dates diarised \- including contract renewals, review meetings, prep deadlines, and all customer deliverables * Proactively managing contract renewal timelines, identifying risks and threats within accounts well in advance and escalating appropriately * Managing complex, multi\-product accounts with clear accountability for timelines, governance and client deliverables across service lines * Keeping your line manager informed of pertinent developments across your customer base **Market and Product Knowledge** * Bring experience of the traditional EAP market, holistic mental health services, occupational health, and emerging market trends to share analysis with clients and deliver on the wider HealthHero strategy * Understanding the virtual GP market, customer sectors, and the evolving needs of your customers * Demonstrating and sharing relevant industry knowledge, market trends and product updates with clients in a way that adds value to the relationship **Communication and Teamwork** * Clearly and concisely articulating your customers' requirements and making well\-reasoned recommendations for the business response * Supporting the mentorship and development of Client Services Account Managers within your team * Actively contributing to team outcomes beyond your own portfolio through collaboration, process improvement and peer support **Requirements** We are looking for an experienced client\-facing professional with a strong background in mental health, occupational health, or employee assistance programme services. Experience across the broader healthcare landscape and telehealth GP or wider primary care services is a distinct advantage. **Essential:** * At least five years' experience working within the private health sector, specifically supporting the delivery of mental health and/or occupational health services * Proven track record in upselling and identifying additional revenue opportunities across a multidisciplinary product set * Demonstrable commercial judgement and an ability to lead commercial decisions that improve margins and manage stakeholder feedback throughout * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities * Excellent communication skills \- written, phone, and face to face \- with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels * High attention to detail, both in client communications and account management processes * A collaborative team player with the ability to support and mentor others * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
