**Job Description:**
We are looking for a diligent and organized Storekeeper with experience in managing FMCG (Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods) packaged products. The role involves maintaining inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and ensuring smooth operations within our store or warehouse.
**Responsibilities:**
**Inventory Management:**
* Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
* Organize and store FMCG packaged products in designated areas.
**Stock Control:**
* Perform regular stock checks and audits.
* Report on stock levels and assist in preparing inventory audits.
**Safety and Cleanliness:**
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store or warehouse environment.
* Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Customer Service:**
Assist customers or internal departments in locating and retrieving FMCG packaged products.
Handle customer inquiries regarding stock availability.
**Documentation and Record Keeping:**
Maintain proper documentation for goods receipt, dispatch, and storage.
Prepare and file necessary reports related to inventory and stock movement.
**Collaborative Responsibilities:**
Work closely with supervisors, store managers, and other departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
**Skills \& Qualifications:**
**Education:**
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, logistics, or a related field can be a plus.
Experience: 2\-5 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or a warehouse environment, particularly with FMCG packaged products, is preferred.
**Skills:**
Strong organizational skills.
Good understanding of inventory management systems and software.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others in a team\-oriented environment.
Physical stamina to handle inventory, including lifting and moving goods.
