\*\*Job Duties/Scope Of Work\*\*
**Essential Job Duties Of This Position Include**
* Perform complex stores and warehousing work involving a broad knowledge of receiving, disbursing and shipping material.
* Perform work such as filling material orders, answering inquiries regarding stock and shipment, performing inventory counts, maintaining storage yards, performing inventories, transferring materials, marking and identifying materials, storage bins and/or racks, assisting in the storage, packaging and shipping of hazardous materials, etc.
* Operate forklifts, order pickers, carts, etc. involved in warehouse operations and utilize computers in the performance of the above functions.
* May occasionally train and direct operative work of others.
\*\*Basic Qualifications\*\*
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Five years of experience in warehousing.
* Five years of experience in forklift operation.
* Three years of experience in data entry.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
* Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions and be customer oriented.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
\*\*Desired Qualifications\*\*
* Experience with Asset Suite or similar system related to procurement.

Hourly Rate: $31\.573

In accordance with the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), the pay rate listed represents the starting hourly rate.
In compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD\-12\) and Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office (HFO) direction, employees issued initial badges on or after September 1st, 2025, are required to obtain and maintain a HSPD\-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential. To obtain this credential, new employees must successfully complete and pass a federal background check investigation. This investigation encompasses multiple areas of eligibility and includes a declaration of illegal drug activities, including use, supply, possession, or manufacture within the last year.
