**Position:** Storekeeper – Interior Fit\-Out Projects **Company:** Young Stone Projects India LLP **Industry:** Architecture / Interior Design \& Turnkey Contracting **Work Location:** Kamothe, Navi Mumbai / Project Sites (Pan India) **Employment Type:** Full Time, Permanent **Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) **Experience Required:** 3 – 6 Years in Interior Fit\-Out / Construction Projects Job Description Key Responsibilities * Maintain **complete inventory records** of materials received, issued, and balance stock at site/store. * Handle **material inward and outward entries** and maintain stock registers and reports. * Verify materials received from vendors according to **Purchase Order (PO), delivery challan, and quantity specifications**. * Issue materials to site teams and contractors based on **site requirements and approved requests**. * Maintain proper **GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock documentation**. * Track **material consumption and wastage** during project execution. * Maintain proper **labelling, stacking, and safe storage of materials**. * Coordinate with **purchase team, project managers, and site supervisors** for material requirements. * Conduct **periodic inventory checks and stock audits**. * Ensure timely availability of materials at site to avoid work delays. * Maintain records of **tools, equipment, and machinery issued to workers**. * Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management immediately. Knowledge of Materials (Important) Candidate should have knowledge of materials used in **interior turnkey projects**, such as: * **Plywood, MDF, Particle Board** * **Laminates, Veneers, Edge Bands** * **Hardware fittings and accessories** * **Gypsum boards and ceiling materials** * **Electrical items (wires, switches, conduits, panels)** * **HVAC materials** * **Fire fighting materials** * **Networking and data cabling materials** * **Plumbing and sanitary fittings** * **Adhesives, screws, and fixing accessories** Requirements \& Skills * Minimum **3–6 years experience as Storekeeper in interior fit\-out or construction projects**. * Knowledge of **inventory management and material handling**. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / inventory records). * Ability to maintain accurate **stock reports and documentation**. * Good coordination with **site engineers, supervisors, and vendors**. * Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
