Storage Manager (8-10,000 AED Per Month) - Dubai based - Customer service and Operations experience

RIG is working with a client who owns a well known Children's Entertainment area. • **Team Leadership \& Support:** o Train new employees, guiding them through processes and best practices. o Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist the Storage Manager in assigning daily tasks to the Storage SAT team. o Coordinate with accountants and suppliers when necessary to ensure smooth operational workflows. • **Customer Service \& Sales:** o Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats (via Sleekflow), emails, and walk\-ins. o Assess client storage needs and provide tailored recommendations on unit sizes and storage solutions. o Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and contracts for new and existing customers. o Follow up promptly on leads and ensure high lead conversion by offering appropriate solutions. • **CRM \& Systems Management:** o Maintain and update the CRM system (Storedge) with accurate data on leads, move\-ins, move\-outs, transfers, and payments. o Input leads into the system, follow up consistently, and ensure timely closure of deals. • **Payment Processing:** o Manage the payment gateway system (CC Avenue), including updating autopayment subscriptions, and processing cancellations or new setups. o Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, working closely with customers to resolve outstanding balances. • **Customer Account Management:** o Manage customer accounts, addressing concerns, handling complaints, renewals, termination notices, and ensuring accurate payment processing. o Safeguard customer contracts and ensure proper filing of documents, including the safekeeping of customer keys. • **Revenue Growth \& KPIs:** o Ensure monthly KPIs are met, driving team success by successfully closing rental deals. o Maximize revenue through upselling storage units, merchandise, and insurance coverage.
