The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering patient\-centric, evidence\-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver high\-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols. * Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed. * Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately in patient records. * Provide emotional support, education, and information to patients and their families. * Ensure infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and hygiene practices are strictly followed. * Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. * Maintain and manage medical equipment, supplies, and ward inventory. * Participate in continuous training, audits, and improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** * GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc.
