The organization partners with 300\+ public sector hospitals to ensure quality and accessible healthcare for children in need, contributing to their mission of saving lives and improving healthcare outcomes across the nation. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Multan for a Staff Nurse. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high\-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Emergency Room. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining detailed patient records, and collaborating with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role also involves educating patients' families about treatment plans and post\-discharge care. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emergency medical support. * Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare procedures, including child\-focused treatment protocols. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. * Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure in a fast\-paced emergency care setting. * Valid nursing license and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. * Prior experience in pediatric or emergency care is highly advantageous. * Commitment to providing quality care and a passion for improving health outcomes for children.
