Staff Nurse

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to develop existing and new skills in Critical Care by joining our established critical care team, working on both the Intensive Therapy Unit and High Dependency Unit. The post holder will be supported by an excellent education programme to learn and develop critical care skills and complete a robust induction and in\-house training programme. The post is full\-time, and will be required to work a minimum of 30hrs per week. The post holder will carry out nursing duties in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and ensure all Professional Standards and Trust Policies are complied with. The post holder will work under the direction of the departmental leaders in critical care to ensure a high standard of nursing care and treatments are delivered to critically patients and their families. The post holder will develop and demonstrate necessary skills in Critical care nursing, and will be supported with clinical supervision, clinical education and achieving critical care national competencies.
