Job Description
AGA, LLC remote accounting firm that originated just outside Stowe Vermont. Specializing in small business accounting and tax preparation. Our services range from A/P, A/R, Payroll, Sales Tax and Bookkeeping Functions to Monthly Financial Statement Preparation, QuickBooks Training, Business Analysis and Tax Preparation.
We are looking for a candidate to work with our team leads to perform all aspects of accounting from Accounts Payable, Accountants Receivable, Payroll, Sales Tax and Financial Statement Preparation. 2\-5 years of accounting experience or Bachelors degree in accounting required. Flexible start date. Full Time business hours between 8/9am EST and 4/5pm EST required.
Candidate must have the ability to stay on task, work independently and interact with clients and staff as necessary.

Proficient with QB Online
Proficient in Microsoft Word \& Excel
Proficient with office equipment including computer, copier, scanner, fax \& phone
2\-5 Years accounting experience or Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field
Proficient with payroll processing, terminology and laws (Preferred \- not required)
Proficient with A/R and A/P functions
1\-3 Financial Statement Preparation Experience \- Rooted understanding of Debits \& Credits
Ability to multitask
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Attention to detail
Organized
Ability to prioritize work load
**Job Duties Include:**

**Pay:**
Based on experience and ability to prove knowledge level with additional testing.
**Hours:**
Monday – Friday 8/9am to 4/5pm
