Job Description
**Job Responsibilities :**
* Deploy Industrial Relations Operating Plan across designated area by means of utilising appropriate interventions, initiatives and cadence
* Work towards review and realignment of Operating Plan to changing business needs and government guidelines to ensure effectiveness
* Implement ER policies, processes and tools to deliver required changes across the designated area
* Execute focused programs and interventions to contribute towards the creation of a proactive IR environment across all work locations
* Facilitate contract labour manpower budgeting, deployment, compliance and risk management across the designated area
* Extend required support during strategic negotiations including Long Term Settlements and Collective Bargaining
* Facilitate Conciliation proceedings across the designated area
* Work towards building and sustaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to quasi\-judicial bodies, Labour Commissioner, Legal Teams and Unions
* Implement governance mechanism for SCRUM and ensure the same is managed in a seamless and standardized manner
* Ensure compliance to all laws related to contract labour by management as well as contractors
* Conduct regular audits to identify issues of non\-compliance and to address the same in a suitable manner
* Extend required support during legal cases and work towards appropriate closure of the same
* Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs through relevant interventions to disseminate information regarding updates on Industrial Relations initiatives and periodically assess effectiveness of the same
* Keep abreast with latest developments and best practices to update Industrial Relations processes accordingly
* Periodically assess effectiveness of Industrial Relations initiatives and incorporate necessary changes to ensure competitive advantage
* Develop capability of team through need\-based learning interventions and mentoring
**Education Requirement :**
* MBA (Human Resource Management)
**Experience Requirement :**
7\-10 years of experience (with at least 3\+ years of experience of managing Employee Relations / Industrial Relations across a large corporate / site set\-up)
