Job Description
**Job Title: Sr. Manager – People \& Services** **Location:** Pakistan (On\-site / Hybrid) **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Purpose: The** Sr. Manager – People \& Services is responsible for leading and optimizing end\-to\-end HR operations while driving HR technology initiatives and supporting rewards and compensation programs. This role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and overall employee experience. The role partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, and IT to enhance operational excellence and implement scalable HR solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Operations Management** * Lead end\-to\-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding * Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems * Develop, standardize, and improve HR SOPs and workflows * Monitor HR service delivery and resolve operational challenges proactively **HR Technology \& Systems** * Drive implementation and optimization of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management platforms) * Partner with IT and vendors for system integrations and enhancements * Oversee system upgrades, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities * Ensure user adoption through training and continuous support * Lead HR digital transformation initiatives **Rewards \& Compensation** * Support design and execution of compensation and benefits programs * Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus programs, and incentive plans * Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis * Manage employee benefits and vendor relationships * Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations **HR Analytics \& Reporting** * Develop HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, compensation, etc.) * Analyze HR data to support strategic decision\-making and workforce planning * Provide insights to improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement **Process Improvement \& Governance** * Identify and implement automation and process optimization initiatives * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies * Maintain audit\-ready HR records and governance standards * Drive continuous improvement across HR operations **Stakeholder Management** * Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and leadership teams * Act as a key point of contact for HR operations\-related matters * Support managers and employees with HR queries and solutions * Manage external vendors related to HR systems and benefits **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field **Experience** * 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services * Proven experience in HR technology implementation (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) * Strong exposure to compensation and benefits programs **Key Skills** * HR Operations \& lifecycle management * HRIS \& HR technology systems * Compensation \& benefits expertise * HR analytics \& reporting * Process improvement \& project management * Stakeholder management \& communication * Strong attention to detail and compliance focus **Preferred Skills** * Experience in HR digital transformation * Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools * Experience in large organizations or shared service environments **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Efficiency and quality of HR service delivery * Successful implementation and adoption of HR systems * Accuracy of HR data and reporting * Timely execution of compensation cycles * Employee satisfaction and HR experience
