Sr. Engineer - Civil - Projects

**Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry from conception to completion. * Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. * Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Adani's safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. * Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to senior management. * Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns. * Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in project execution. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
