**DevOps Engineer**

**About the Role**
Our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support CI/CD pipelines, improve automation, and ensure the reliability of production systems. You’ll work closely with development and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments, enhance performance, and maintain secure, scalable environments.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and improve build/deployment pipelines.
* Administer Azure DevOps (permissions, branching, policies).
* Support deployments using tools like Octopus Deploy.
* Troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
* Monitor production environments and coordinate upgrades.
* Implement automation to reduce technical debt and improve CI/CD efficiency.
* Assist with infrastructure management using Chef, Terraform, or similar tools.
* Maintain documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
* Microsoft system administration experience.
* Active Directory, Windows Server, and IIS knowledge.
* Familiarity with .NET environments and Git.
* PowerShell scripting skills.
* Linux administration experience.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Chef/Terraform).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience in agile development environments.
