**Senior Data Analyst**, **Location : Texas** (Remote, but the candidate must reside in Texas) The Analytics \& Decision Support team supports the business and operations teams with data infrastructure, tools, and analytical support. As a **Senior Data Analyst**, you serve as a strategic architect for the Content Strategy Team, leveraging advanced analytics and data engineering to drive high\-level insights within the dynamic online video industry. You should be a seasoned expert who partners with executive stakeholders to transform complex data ecosystems into long\-term, actionable business strategies. * **Strategic Influence:** Lead the design of SQL frameworks and scalable data architectures within client’s massive data infrastructure. * **High Impact:** Drive the narrative of cleint’s operations by defining and building the tracking systems for global key performance indicators. * **Cross\-functional Leadership:** Act as a primary consultant for internal stakeholders and business leads, solving complex operational challenges through data\-driven storytelling. * **Dynamic Environment:** Pivot analytical strategies in a fast\-paced environment where real\-time insights dictate multi\-million dollar business decisions. **Job Responsibilities** * **Lead cross\-functional** initiatives to identify business needs, delivering sophisticated data solutions and synthesizing high\-level findings for senior leadership. * **Drive business continuity and oversee critical end\-to\-end projec**ts: + **Executive Dashboard Suite** – Architect and manage high\-visibility, automated dashboards to monitor global KPIs; an opportunity to demonstrate technical mastery and strategic vision. + **Data Health \& Infrastructure Strategy** – Overhaul SQL querying standards, schema design, and data governance to ensure a world\-class foundation for enterprise analysis. * **Serve as a subject matter expert by identifying macro trends and optimization opportunitie**s through deep\-dive analysis of massive datasets and global media consumption patterns. * **Mentor junior team members** and communicate findings by translating intricate analytical models into intuitive, executive\-level presentations. * **Tech\-Forward Workflow:** Pioneering the use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, LLMs) to architect automated workflows, optimize complex codebases, and accelerate large\-scale data synthesis. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. * 5\+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or a strategic analytical role. * Expert\-level proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling, database optimization, and schema design. * Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) for executive\-level reporting. * Proven track record of building, maintaining, and presenting enterprise\-level operational dashboards. * Deep expertise in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology business principles. * Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data landscapes for diverse audiences, balancing rigorous technical depth with executive\-ready insights. * Passion for advancing data analytics, infrastructure, and automated reporting systems. * Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The base salary range for this position is $ 92,000 to 100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
