MIHAN New Office Campus Launch Video \- Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do: **Job Overview:** To efficiently manage and coordinate all travel\-related requirements of the organization, ensuring cost\-effective, timely, and seamless travel arrangements for employees while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adherence to company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independently manage end\-to\-end travel desk operations. * Handle domestic and international ticket bookings (air, rail, and bus). * Coordinate hotel bookings for employees traveling on business. * Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for all travel arrangements. * Plan and execute travel logistics for seminars, trainings, conferences, and company events. * Develop and maintain a strong network of travel vendors (ticketing, hotels, cab services) and negotiate competitive rates. * Ensure cost optimization and adherence to travel policies. * Maintain travel records, logs, and documentation. * Verify and process travel\-related expenses and coordinate with the accounts team for timely submission. * Prepare and share MIS reports related to travel and expenses. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in travel desk or travel coordination roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities. * Commercial awareness with a focus on cost optimization. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the travel industry. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Effective time management and organizational skills.
