Software Quality Assurance Engineer

CodeX Squared is looking for talented SQA Engineer to evaluate and test software to ensure product quality. Responsibilities: * Work closely with developers in order to ensure that application meets the requirement of end users * Using various test methodologies to perform testing like manual, automated etc. * Integration testing of individual software components as well as for full software solution * Develop test cases that are effective and constructive * Report bugs and errors to development teams * Stay up to date with new tools and testing methodologies * Plan and prioritise testing activities Requirements: * Minimum 1\.5 years of experience in SQA domain * Hand on experience with automated and performance testing tools * Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Agile/Scrum development processes * Produce documentation that is not only concise and effective but also improves it time to time * Understanding of UML diagrams and software development methodologies * SQL Knowledge * Strong knowledge of Git and web based repository control like Bitbucket or GitHub * Hands on experience with white box and black box testing * Knowledge of API testing using Postman and JMeter is a plus * Hands on experience on any automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
