**Role Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Mercor team on special projects to enhance software solutions.
* Develop and improve AI models through rigorous testing and evaluation.
* Utilize Python and TensorFlow to optimize model performance and accuracy.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
* Shape the future of AI technology by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
**Qualifications**
**Must\-Have**
* 5\+ years of software engineering experience.
* Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow.
* Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently.
