We are now entering an exciting scale\-up phase \- expanding the product offering, growing its international footprint, and assembling a world\-class team under a brilliant CTO to shape the next chapter of its journey **Job: Senior Software Engineer** Working alongside an incredible engineering team in Belfast you have great support in place with autonomy to flourish. Your responsibilities include: * Design, build and maintain high performing, flexible and scalable solutions * Build upon our existing app to create products and features that help inform our client’s customers * Build APIs for clients to access and place orders via the platform * Take a loosely defined problem through to a valid, technically sound, thoroughly documented, tested, and implemented software solution * Collaborate with team members and other engineers across the company * Advocate best coding practices to raise the bar for you, your team and the company * Mentor junior engineers **What we’re seeking:** * 5 years \+ engineering experience including JavaScript / Typescript backend frameworks * Comfortable writing backend code to be performant and scalable * Experience building RESTful application interfaces and designing APIs * Experience being part of a team which carries out automated testing and building CI/CD pipelines * You are adept in sound engineering principles and eager to upskill.
