Software Engineer

Software Engineer \- Product (E\-Commerce) We’re partnering with a fast\-growing e\-commerce business in Dubai that is building a high\-scale, multi\-market platform. They are looking for a product\-focused Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to end\-to\-end feature development. The Role: You will work across the full stack, building and shipping features that directly impact users and business operations. This includes areas such as checkout, payments, logistics, and internal tools. This is a highly product\-driven environment where engineers are expected to take ownership, think commercially, and move quickly. Key Requirements: • 4–6 years of experience building production web applications • Strong backend experience (Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks such as Django) • Experience with React on the frontend • Solid understanding of APIs, system design, and data flow • Proven experience owning features end\-to\-end in a product environment AI\-Driven Development: • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow • Comfortable leveraging AI for debugging, testing, and accelerating development Nice to Have: • Experience in e\-commerce or marketplace platforms • Exposure to payments, checkout flows, or logistics systems • Experience working in scaling product environments What’s on Offer: • Opportunity to work on a high\-impact product used across multiple markets • Strong ownership and autonomy • Fast\-paced, product\-led engineering culture Location: Dubai (UAE\-based candidates preferred) Apply directly or reach out for a confidential discussion (info@finexae.com)
