With operations across Pakistan, Canada, and the UAE, Cynosure supports complex, data\-driven consulting and policy initiatives globally. **IteraAI (Cynosure’s AI Platform):** Itera is Cynosure’s proprietary AI\-driven platform designed to support knowledge management, analytical workflows, and proposal development processes. Initially developed to structure and analyze large volumes of expert CVs, Itera has evolved into a broader analytical system that supports decision\-making, information synthesis, and automation of knowledge\-intensive tasks. Itera is embedded within Cynosure’s business development operations and continues to expand as a scalable AI solution for consulting and research\-driven organizations. **Overview** **We are looking for a software engineer** with experience in **frontend and backend development** , and an interest in working with **AI\-powered systems and automation workflows** . This role involves building web applications, APIs, and supporting the integration of AI\-based features into internal tools. You will also gain exposure to modern AI frameworks and agent\-based workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Full Stack Development:** * Develop and maintain web applications (frontend \+ backend). * Build APIs and integrate them with internal systems. * Work with databases and manage data flow between systems. **2\. AI System Integration (Supporting Role):** * Assist in integrating AI features (e.g., chatbots, document analysis tools) into applications. * Work with existing AI pipelines and tools. * Support development of basic automation workflows. **3\. Prompting \& AI Workflows (Basic Exposure):** * Write and test prompts for AI\-based features. * Assist in building structured workflows using AI tools. * Help improve system outputs through testing and iteration. **4\.
