At Simplify Sales And Marketing, we're looking for a Social Media Manager on behalf of our client, a leading HR company that doesn't just transform workplaces, but brings communities together through cultural events, school programs, and experiences that actually matter. Now they need a Social Media Manager who can match that energy online.
**What you'll do:**
Build and execute a consistent, scroll\-stopping content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create and manage content that speaks to HR professionals, corporates, schools, and communities, all at once
Develop and own our social media strategy from ideation to analytics
Deliver fast, deliver consistently, deliver quality, every single time
Collaborate with the team to bring events, campaigns, and stories to life online
**What we're looking for:**
2\+ years of hands\-on experience in content creation, management, and strategy
A genuine multi\-platform pro, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, you live there
Someone who treats a content calendar like a sacred document :date:
A creative who can switch tones, professional for HR content, fun for events, inspiring for schools
Fast turnaround is your default, not your exception
Strong visual sense and copywriting chops
Bonus points if you bring your own aesthetic and ideas to the table
Work Setup:
Fully Remote
Full\-Time \| 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Melbourne Time (AEST)
