**About The Role** We are actively recruiting a proven sales leader to build a new pod of SMB sellers based in our Chicago Hub. You will develop a team of sellers for Uber for Business adoption in one of the business' fastest growing segments . The ideal candidate has experience focussed on leadership in the B2B space and is empathetic, data\-driven, and a self\-starter with experience in both mature and start\-up environments. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.** **What You'll Do** * Recruit, train, and develop 11\-12 Account Executives * Establish a customer obsessed organization and and operationalizestrategy to achieve critical metrics. * Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet, exceed revenue targets * Implement performance management plans to hold sellers to a high level of accountability * Manage and report accurate weekly forecasts and pipelines, achieve quarterly sales goals, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals * Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams ****Basic Qualifications**** * Minimum of 2 years working in a sales leadership role * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, process driven decision making and data analysis experience * Desire to take initiative; thrive on change, articulate vision and comfortable with ambiguity ****Preferred Qualifications**** * 2\+ years of sales leadership experience, including building, training, and developing sales professionals * Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner * Experience with sales enablement tools such as; ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite For Chicago, IL\-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$119,000 per year \- USD$132,500 per year. For New York, NY\-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$132,000 per year \- USD$147,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses \& other types of comp. All full\-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
