The role involves maintaining and enhancing the reliability, performance, and security of systems and applications. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing system administration activities, and collaborating with the development team to improve software reliability. Additionally, you will implement best practices in Site Reliability Engineering to ensure a seamless user experience. **Qualifications** * Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering and a strong understanding of reliability best practices * Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues * Experience with Software Development, including coding, testing, and version control * Hands\-on experience with System Administration and managing systems in a production environment * Knowledge of infrastructure management, including server configurations and cloud environments * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross\-functional teams * Relevant certifications or training in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields are a plus * Familiarity with API management and digital ecosystems is advantageous
