Site Reliability Engineer

Ideal candidate for this role is a senior SRE professional with strong experience in DevOps, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure, capable of leading a mature engineering team and driving the transition from reactive operations to a highly reliable, scalable, and automated platform environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and influence SRE/DevOps practices across the organization. * Own infrastructure architecture and non\-functional requirements aligned with the technology roadmap. * Ensure delivery of highly reliable, scalable, and cost\-efficient systems. * Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance. * Design and manage Kubernetes\-based microservices architectures. * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) with a focus on automation, quality, and security. * Implement observability solutions (Grafana, New Relic, OpenSearch, CNCF tools) to improve MTTD/MTTR. * Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across multi\-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Establish best practices for security, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles. * Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture. * Hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. * Experience with multi\-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Solid understanding of high\-availability, low\-latency system design. * Experience implementing observability and monitoring frameworks. * Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
