**Graduate Engineer – Setting Out Engineer**
**Location: Lancashire**
**Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent**
**Salary: £26–30k \+ Benefits**

**The Role**
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team as a Setting Out Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on experience on live construction projects while working alongside experienced engineers and site teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are accurately set out and delivered in accordance with design specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
•Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and site requirements
•Using surveying equipment (e.g. total stations, GPS)
•Assisting with site measurements, quality control, and record keeping
•Interpreting technical drawings and site information
•Supporting senior engineers and site managers
•Ensuring health \& safety standards are maintained at all times
•Assisting with as\-built records and reporting
Requirements
•Degree (or expected) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
•Strong numerical and problem\-solving skills
•Good understanding of construction principles
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
•Full UK driving licence
•Strong communication and teamwork skills
•Willingness to learn and develop on\-site
