Site Engineer (bridge concrete works, aluminum cladding, and interior finishes)

Backed by a multidisciplinary team of civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineers, Waagner Biro Bridge Services is committed to quality, precision, and reliable infrastructure delivery across the region. **Job Description** We are seeking a competent and detail\-oriented **Site Engineer – Civil** to oversee site execution of civil works with a focus on **bridge concrete works, aluminum cladding, and interior finishes** . The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute **bridge concrete works** , including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement. * Coordinate and monitor **aluminum cladding installation** and **interior finishing works** as per approved drawings and specifications. * Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in line with project requirements. * Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution. * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. * Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. * Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed. * Identify and resolve site\-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer. * Maintain daily reports, site records, and documentation. * Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in civil construction projects. * Mandatory experience in: + Bridge concrete works + Aluminum cladding systems + Interior finishing works * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site practices. * UAE project experience is preferred. * Experience with main contractors is an advantage. * Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). **Additional Information** * Strong site supervision and execution capability * Good technical understanding of structural and finishing works * Effective coordination and communication skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making ability * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Detail\-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
