Site Civil Engineer

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **civil site engineer** with a strong background in **real estate development projects** in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. * Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality and local authority regulations. * Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports. * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. * Ensure health \& safety standards are maintained. * Manage material approvals and site documentation. * Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring. * Support the handover process and final snagging. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5–8 years UAE experience** with a **real estate developer** . * Strong knowledge of high\-rise residential/ commercial projects. * Familiar with Sharjah Municipality approvals (preferred). * Strong project coordination and site management skills. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Skills** * Experience working directly with developers (not only contracting firms). * Knowledge of project planning tools. * Strong understanding of BOQ and contract management.
