Job Description
**Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential \& Commercial Projects**
**Location:**
Dubai
We are looking for
**2 skilled Site Engineers**
to join a construction team working on
**residential and commercial projects**
across the UAE. This role involves both
**execution and coordination**
, providing hands\-on site management and team supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and manage
**site labor and daily operations**
* Ensure construction work is executed according to
**drawings, specifications, and quality standards**
* Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams
* Monitor
**project schedules, materials, and progress**
* Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
* Ensure adherence to
**safety standards and site protocols**
**Requirements:**
* **2–3 years of experience**
as a Site Engineer in residential or commercial construction
* **Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree**
(Diploma minimum, Degree preferred)
* Ability to manage
**both execution and coordination**
of site activities
* Proficiency in
**AutoCAD, Excel, and other construction software**
* **Languages:**
English and Hindi
**Salary \& Benefits:**
* **AED 4,000 – AED 6,000**
(based on experience)
